If you want to lose weight, you have to start by watching what you put in your basket. If you shop on a daily or weekly basis, it's better to do so after you've eaten. This is a simple idea that means you won't be hungry... and in the vicinity of a tonne of food. Not a good mix when you're watching your weight. You'll be able to avoid all those fatty and sugary products. Avoid temptation! Ideally try to rush your shop! No lingering! Get straight to it! Check your list if you have one (which is preferable) and avoid choosing products that are not listed on it. If you have a large selection of products, it may be wise to check the labels to make sure you choose the least fatty or less sugary products. Be careful when you arrive at the checkout, you'll have to resist the ultimate temptations that are there! All those chocolate bars and sweets!
